I keep looking over Kanji's power and trying to figure out if Rinka would get zapped if she touched him while phased. Normally an electrical charge would simply pass right through her in her phased state, but she can't pass through humans even while phased. So though she'd be phased to everything else she can still touch someone. Thoughts?
