It's Liir's notes and he's not in a good mood about it. Not after leaving them there and having to go all the way across the school to retrieve them. He's tall, wiry, boring.

The boy who's doing it is achingly pretty too. That only adds to his foul mood. He's immediately prejudged him as being someone who can get away with such behavior only because of it. He tries to snatch his notes back.
