Weekly Update - Nov2nd to Nov8th

⊗ The AC is over, which means RESERVES OPEN TONIGHT! We'll be tossing up a new Test Drive Meme as well!

⊗ Once again, we really want to encourage players to use the PLAYER PLOT post.

⊗ A NEW NPC was added recently, Sublime's former 'brain trust' Martha Johansson. She's joined the X-Men in hopes of finding peace between mutants and humans in a different, less violent way than Sublime was going about.

⊗ The CALENDAR has been updated! There's a whole new month of shenanigans to be had!

⊗ If there are any new updates on the X-Team front, post them here! We should have the team directory up and working sometime this month.



SCHOOL NEWS
⊗ Halloween has come and gone with LOTS of potential for fun and adventure! There is, of course, the official field trip and dance. There's also Aki sharing ghost stories, Jack trying in earnest to be 2spooky, Costume Club consultation, exploring the possibly haunted parts of the mansion, "are ancient monsters and myths actually mutants?", and a scary movie night!

⊗ Miko is putting together an X-Team of their own.

⊗ The Kendo Club is swingin' some big sticks.

⊗ Melinda has proposed a logical quandry about the hazards of cryogenic stasis.

⊗ Aqua's philosophy class is in full swing!

AROUND THE WORLD
⊗ With the Midterm Elections coming up this week, it's now make or break for Graydon Creed and his Last Stand brethren. If they take enough seats, the political war for Mutant Registration is about to get a lot uglier...

⊗ The National Film Board of Canada issued a press statement claiming that they will secure a lifetime supply of Canada's finest beers for whoever can get Logan to agree to their proposed documentary.

⊗ There's been recent whisperings in social media spheres of a militant group called the Mutant Liberation Front popping up globally. No one is really sure who they are or what they do, but their propaganda has been showing up not just online, but spray painted on various landmarks, especially in the west.
