⊗ As we said it would, the Activity Check went up today, two days earlier than it would on a regular month. You still have a full five days to post your AC like you would any other month.

AROUND THE WORLD

⊗ The 700,000 dollar cash donation for District X arrived to community organizers properly thanks, surprisingly, in part to the Mutant Liberation Front. Contrary to Emma's worries they would intercept the money for their own gain, they actually provided escort into and out of the District, thanking the Institute for their help...

⊗ Dazzler's new single set record sales, however she was curiously *not* nominated for a Grammy this year, in spite of having been nominated previously and had the best selling record of all last year. There are whispers of anti-mutant bias within the Recording Arts Academy, but nothing is confirmed...

⊗ The Friends of Humanity's drought of activity has come to a fairly aggressive end, now with them actively marching on the mutant ghettos occupied by the Mutant Liberation Front, claiming they want all baseline humans evacuated from the area immediately or they will do what the government has failed to do. They have access to old stockpiles of Shaw tech that were immediately sold off following Shaw's arrest by SHIELD, and it seems like the street war in America is back on.

⊗ Because of this, the MLF rally in District X will be a very high security event. The National Guard is patrolling the borders of the region and aims to keep the peace no matter what happens. President Kelly has once again urged the people of America to not resort to panicked violence, and to have some faith in their fellow human being, mutant or otherwise.

⊗ The National Film Board of Canada also has a team packed just outside of District X, operating on a flimsy rumor that Logan might show up.

With Koshi winning Bridget's time at the date auction, word has it that Beast Boy's turning green for reasons other than his mutation. The question is - which one is he jealous of?

Sol's appetite doesn't stop with the candy. Some say they watched him a whole cow. Some also say he stole their lunches.

There's a running bet over how much of Catherine's body is actually robotic. Everybody seems to agree that her arms and legs are mechanical, but everything else is anybody's guess. Some people are saying that she's actually fully cybernetic and the actual Catherine is just a head in a jar hiding behind all that hair. Another topic of debate is whether or not she is a "girl" or "girl-like."

The latter topic of debate tends to make Koshi uncharacteristically grouchy and he usually leaves the room.

Anyone trying to ask the resident doctor gets a stern glare and a scolding about judging books by their covers.

Also in the ARE THEY OR AREN'T THEY pile is Kanji and Martha. Kanji won Martha at the auction, obviously, but it's entirely possible they're "just friends"

The rumors about the some of the medical staff being more than best buds keep rising in popularity as Zian won the Valentine's auction for Takakage. They both seem to keep it professional in public, however.

Let's hope they're not the new problem couple.

For some reason, no one has been able to get a hold of Takakage for long enough to ask him about this.

Something not romantic in nature....

Words started to get around that Skaar's last name Banner isn't just a fluke and that he's the son of well known scientist Bruce Banner, and more well known goliath the Hulk.

Some have even suggested giving him plenty of room as jostling him in any way might set him off.

When Catherine heard this she stated, "I don't know, he seems alright to me." And did not seem easily persuaded that was only because "he was calm." And "You wouldn't like him when he's angry."

Though, in all fairness, you really really wouldn't like him when he's angry. LOL.

While it's no secret that Raven has been seen with Emma a fair bit, some are starting to claim that they've seen Raven smiling while in her company.
