Character Name: Toushirou Hitsugaya

Canon: Bleach

Brief Personality: Serious-minded and grumpy, but very loyal and protective if he likes you. He doesn't typically start confrontations, but he won't back down from them; he doesn't let himself get picked on.

Brief AU History: He's an import from the last round so, short version . . . Born in Japan, lost his parents when he was four, sent to live with his maternal grandma in the US. His mutation manifested when he was twelve and he was kicked out of normal school for freezing another kid's arm solid. He was eventually made the leader of a student X-Team, specifically the covert ops. He's been in stasis for the past five years, so that's a thing.

Joined School: September, 2012, as a 7th-grader

FOR RETURNING CHARACTERS any important information to fill in between the last time the game was open and now?: Nope, kid was in stasis, so nothing's happened to him in the past five years.

Plans/CR seeking/other ideas:
- Awkward reconnecting with any old CR that's still here. He'd like some familiar things.
- Classmates. He's in the 9th grade (he skipped 8th because he's a brainiac), so all you high school freshmen, get over here!
- People to annoy him. This is easy; he is irritable.
- Soccer bros. Yes, he plays.
- People to befriend him whether he likes it or not.
- He wants to get back into X-Team form, so anything in that direction is super awesome.

Man, he needs to come up with a codename. He'd been avoiding it before because he wasn't sure about taking on active X-Men duty one day, but with how things have gone . . . Plus it maybe possibly will keep people from calling him Frosty. Maybe.

But yes, he will hang with Toph.

I welcome fellow grumpy smart people with open arms. He needs a grouch-bro. He actually does like strategy games and is very good at them -- I mean, it wasn't his power that landed him the leadership of the student covert-ops team last time around, since cryokinesis is pretty flashy. It was because he knows how to strategize.

Every time somebody does something dumb, or there are news reports about the government doing something dumb, they can be united in their knowledge that people are idiots.

What competition? He didn't even wanna be on an X-team at all back then! Yup, beating people out without even trying, man. But yeah, in canon, Toushirou was a tactical sort himself, so yay strategy games.
