THE TEST DRIVE MEME

Hello, True Believers!

This is for anyone wanting to test out their characters in the setting before the applications open, see what clicks. Multiples will be allowed for this post, and you can generally assume any threads are a self-contained continuity unless you feel like getting creative.

Just post a thread with your CHARACTER NAME and CANON NAME in the title with a prompt and others will reply. Prompts and threads can be action spam or prose or whatever. These threads can be used on the sample section of your application, as well. Go out and have fun!

really? we've played there. it was awesome especially when the army had to show up to do crowd control!

he's always shooting people. he has even shot at me in order to wake me up! don't worry, they're usually just rubber although one year he switched to some kind of beanbag thing cuz his wife hide his other guns.

it is pretty cool! i'm sort of the wild one going away for a couple years and stuff but we've trained in a new band with some ideas and they can have a little fun in our company while i hang out here.

ummm, japanese rock star is sort of pretty stressful if i don't count the added bonus of being one of three leaders of a high-grossing, very public entertainment agency and record studio.

Pretty sure superheroes get bombs thrown at them.

both of my managers are american but i think the panda is japanese. i never did get too close to read the license plate on it though, so who knows?

Hey, people think we drink vodka for breakfast (which is only a sometimes thing), so racial stereotyping is the probable answer. Every Japanese guy knows about anime and games, and I'm pretty sure my dad's been asked if he's a mobster's hecnhman at least once a year.

yeah, probably some truth in what you're saying. i mean i know that people think it's weird i haven't a clue about the last five years of stuff out there, but i'm busy. it's a lot of work doing this gig, especially with the whole government thing about stupid stuff

they're the ones that suggested i took a break from japan for a couple years until they can settle things on their end. tohma has a few lawyers and they're working on contracts that way while nori-chan has her own contacts with people, but i got to keep out of the way
