Sounds like exactly the person BB would pick. Someone who needs to unwind and laugh a little! He sees fun potential there.

How would you feel about Shindou being his officially assigned weekly study buddy? Beast Boy hasn't been in formal schooling before, and it probably makes sense for the staff to ask someone to help him get to the same level as his grade. He's all over the map in terms of education.

That would be cool with me! He'd be a pretty natural candidate for that kind of thing, since he's got a very normal educational background (at least relative to most mutant kids) and treats school really seriously.

Also because he'd probably be able to put up with Beast Boy's antics without wanting to kill him, which would be a plus!
