-The Costume Club may offer last minute consultations.
-Trick-or-Treating at the staff's offices, possibly compulsory so I can make Hijikata do it?

Also: Feliks and Giselle, a couple of weeks ago, discussed organizing a Halloween-themed flash mob someplace outside of school. Could we have that be a thing?
