idkmybfforinHI THERE this is Sam (2), the one that likes birds. Which is fitting because my next character kind of looks like one. This is Utsuho from that thing that starts with Touhou, though she responds faster to Okuu. She has gigantic raven wings sprouting out of her back that rattle like plastic sometimes because in a few places they're more like light armor. Walking barefoot around her may be hazardous when she molts.
Also, she can manipulate temperature up to the point where she can produce (small) flames, and usually runs with a much higher body temperature than normal yet still gets grumpy when it gets cold or when it rains.
Also also her thought processes are generally a bit...simple. She isn't necessarily stupid, just thinks in ways most people don't; more like how an animal might think, really. She also tends to Just Do Things because if she spends too much time thinking about it she'd never do anything. Okuu's still in the sixth grade, though, despite being almost six feet tall.
She's also rooming with Azusa Kannagi on the first floor. Her AU CR link is here.
