THE TEST DRIVE MEME

Hello, True Believers!

This is for anyone wanting to test out their characters in the setting before the applications open, see what clicks. Multiples will be allowed for this post, and you can generally assume any threads are a self-contained continuity unless you feel like getting creative.

Just post a thread with your CHARACTER NAME and CANON NAME in the title with a prompt and others will reply. Prompts and threads can be action spam or prose or whatever. These threads can be used on the sample section of your application, as well. Go out and have fun!


Be sure to read up on all game information and the "!event" tag to make sure you have all your ducks in a row.

Evidently. [ His reply is smooth - he can appreciate the effort the other puts in, at the very least. ] Though I prefer more refined styles and colours of my heritage. [ He wears the colours of his clan, and the crest as a collar pin.

It takes a few moments, but he places the man's accent and doesn't comment on it. His own English is pronounced in the British fashion, with a faint Japanese intonation. But moving on. ]

Oh, I make my own. Commercial products tend to be a little too heavy for me.

[ He takes the business card, glancing at it. An interesting name, no doubt, and a fellow staff member. ]

Kobayakawa Takakage. I teach in the Biology department. A pleasure to make your acquaintance. [ He supposes he could spare a little, and this... Grell person definitely seems to be one focused on his appearance. ]

What did you have in mind?

[ He likes what he wears as it is, but well. Sometimes it paid off to be more open-minded. ]

[Grell is still relatively new the faculty, and so she holds out one hand, palm down for him to take.]
