THE TEST DRIVE MEME

Hello, True Believers!

This is for anyone wanting to test out their characters in the setting before the applications open, see what clicks. Multiples will be allowed for this post, and you can generally assume any threads are a self-contained continuity unless you feel like getting creative.

Just post a thread with your CHARACTER NAME and CANON NAME in the title with a prompt and others will reply. Prompts and threads can be action spam or prose or whatever. These threads can be used on the sample section of your application, as well. Go out and have fun!

Be sure to read up on all game information and the "!event" tag to make sure you have all your ducks in a row.

Being tall has nothing to do with being dependable! Someone can be tall and irresponsible!

But what about when you get a girlfriend....don't you want to be at least a little taller?

Even if you sit there's still height and stuff! Haven't you ever thought about your most romantic moment?? You just take her by the hand and stare deeply into her eyes... [ Like so. Hope you weren't using one of those hands Eren, Sam's going to cup it in both of his to really express the importance of this gesture. ]

[What is even happening anymore! Eren pulls his hand back, though not as angrily as he would with another mutant, considering Sam's power.]

I already told you, I don't care about that stuff at all!

One day you are going to fall in love Eren!! [ And when that day happens you'll wish you had listened to his fatherly, romantic wisdom about staring at people!!

Sam will look only a little put-out at having that hand snatched away. He was having a paternal moment with Eren, darnit. ]

If I do, it'll be with someone who knows what's important in life! Not dumb stuff like that. Who cares how tall anyone is...

Being a mutant has nothing to do with being handsome or a guy! You can't love others if you don't love yourself first!

I do love myself, that's why I want to be fixed. When I'm no longer a mutant, then I can rejoin humanity! That's what I want.

You should like yourself no matter what you are. It's what's on the inside the counts, not the stuff on the outside. [ Except height. ]

That's true for normal people, not people who pose a danger to others. The mutation is what's wrong with me. It's not me.

That doesn't mean you have to think you're ugly! I don't think you're ugly... I bet you look the same whether I hold your hand or not!

I don't mean physically! I really don't care about that. I told you, what a person looks like doesn't matter! But if they're sick, if they have a mutation, that matters.

You can still like a person, even if they're sick. If someone really likes you then that sort of thing won't matter.

[Eren thinks about this for a minute. If Sam puts it like that, he doesn't really think that you can't like someone who's sick. Since he realizes the problem with mutants, and since he cares about humanity, he's different. And of course, his family still likes him, he's sure.]

Maybe. But I want to focus on getting better! I don't have time for things like that.

Love is healing! [ OKAY. Just accept it already Eren good lord. You can be grumpy and still be loved. ]
