Yeah, to the person she touches, it'd feel like she's not phased at all. For instance, if she's fighting someone phased, a bat wouldn't touch her, but a regular punch would.

Hmm. Kanji's probably still going to spark/zap at her on contact but if she's normally immune to electricity when phased I'd say it probably won't do any actual damage? Maybe just some sort of effect wherever they're actually making contact, not sure?

This is why I'm not a science major. Physics says she should get shocked. But mutations aren't all that scientific, especially Rinka's whole touching people while phased thing.

Of course, she doesn't always walk around phased all the time b/c that's just inconvenient. So she'd definitely get shocked the first time and then once she realizes what Kanji's power is, she'll want to experiment to see if her phasing protects her.

Honestly, I'm okay either way. It's Kanji's power, so if you'd rather she not be immune, that's fine, and it would completely baffle Rinka.
