I wonder how to work in Yu's "only get a minor form of the power unless you're soulmates" drawback. Mini-Titan?

Yes, he could be like one of the smaller Titans, since Eren is 50 feet tall. There still a lot of range to work with in there. Or the duration could be extremely limited? Eren could remain a Titan for a while, if he practiced, so maybe 10-15 minutes? His healing factor could also be reduced.

Depending on when this actually happens, some or all of these things would be appropriate.

Now I need to figure out how to make this guy lose his cool hard enough to actually transform. He might need to actually get shot.
