This is for anyone wanting to establish CR going into the game, or if you're already in the game and looking for more. It can help you hit the ground running on potential inter-personal plots. Use it however you like!

Thank you ;w; It was a bit of a trick I will admit. I thought about making the Governor part of the anti-mutant groups and Merle his lieutenant but that seemed like it would kind of rely on forcing story? Especially if any canonmates decide to apply.
