AROUND THE WORLD

⊗ Seems President Kelly made it back to the country just in time for the tree lighting ceremony, and NOW all the noise about Genosha starts. Though he personally welcomed Dazzler as the host of the big television event, it was hard to ignore the crowd of Friends of Humanity protestors that had gathered at the event...

⊗ The National Film Board of Canada has sent a series of brightly wrapped gifts to Logan. Almost all of them are variously shaped fruit cakes.

⊗ Fights have broken out at public demonstrations of the Friends of Humanity between themselves and the Mutant Liberation Front, who often show up completely masked but don't use any visible powers in the scuffles. Arrests have been made on both sides and it's been a struggle to keep the peace in major urban centers, particularly in New York's District X, where FoH radicals routinely harass citizens living there.

⊗ The Hellfire Club event mentioned last post has been pushed to next year due to a crowded December event schedule in what will likely be a bit of a slow month anyways. Sign-ups will happen this month, though. Hopefully.
