Hey all, Levi here bringing in Hata no Kokoro from the Touhou Project!
Here, she's a mutant with the ability to manipulate emotional energy and fashion it into physical objects or alter the emotions of those around her. She's unable to physically show emotion, so she's always looking kind of blank and lifeless aside from wearing a variety of odd masks, but her personality is anything but. She tends to be rather childish and dramatic.
She's in Grade 10, and will be rooming with Gaige! She's also a relative of Miko Toyosatomimi.
On a side not, I have a Permissions Post for her emotional inducement/leeching abilities. If people could just leave a comment with what they're okay with, I'd appreciate it!
Anyways, I'll probably have her IC intro up tomorrow!
