Hello, True Believers!

This is for anyone wanting to test out their characters in the setting before the applications open, see what clicks. Multiples will be allowed for this post, and you can generally assume any threads are a self-contained continuity unless you feel like getting creative.

Just post a thread with your CHARACTER NAME and CANON NAME in the title with a prompt and others will reply. Prompts and threads can be action spam or prose or whatever. These threads can be used on the sample section of your application, as well. Go out and have fun!

[It's strange, coming back after so long. Finishing up his schooling, studying abroad in France for a year... and yet somehow, it feels like he's finally come home.

Right now, he's set himself up in the recreation room, idly flipping through a magazine he'd brought with him. He could definitely use a distraction at the moment.]

B - Network
[At first, there's some fiddling with the camera before the user sits back with a warm smile.] Hello, everyone. The name's Kirino. Some of you who were here before the incident might remember me and if you do, it'll be good to see you guys again. Otherwise... it's nice to meet you all in advance!

So. What have I missed?

[ooc: Just a quick note that Kirino's a little older than his icons will indicate!]

[And here's an old familiar face, with that same frown he's always had.] Well we got attacked a few weeks ago, so nothing out of the ordinary, really. [Completely normal for this school, sad as it is to say.]

[Distraction? More like getting blasted off the couch by a gust and dumped into a certain happy Scot's arms.]

Barking spiders, it is you!

[It has been TOO LONG - long enough for Dylan to mysteriously disappear to Scotland for a while and come back over a year later with a new flat chest. Which explains the baggy clothes; he still has surgery bruises and t-shirts are the greatest thing on the planet. This also leads to him immediately releasing Kirino because he just hugged him right onto those bruises.]

Just where the hell've you been, anyway? [Woah amazing, his 1910-times accent is starting to fade. He sounds slightly American.]

Dylan! [Kirino grins and laughs a bit.] It's great to see you! After I finished high school, I studied in France for a year. Tenma called me recently and I couldn't stay away.

Coulda told me you were in Europe, ya bumrag, I woulda visited. I was over in Glasgow that whole time. Lookit this! [He proudly tugs back his shirt to show off the shape of his chest and he is glowing with enthusiasm.] Scars are still a nasty sight but the doctor said they'd be all healed up in a few weeks. Brilliant, isn't it? No more boxy bloody bandages.

[And no more terrible uncertainty now that he knows how much greater it is to be a boy inside and out.]

Had I known, I would've! [Anyway...] It's fantastic! I imagine the bandages were uncomfortable as hell, too.

Aye, I can breathe without needin' no diddies out in the wind. [Not that he had anything there that strictly required a bra to begin with.] Hurts a bit at the moment but it'll heal up, then I'm free to call myself a real boy!

[When Tenma heard his senpai was coming back, he felt a surge of excitement. He had more company now! Someone else who shared his intense love for soccer! Unfortunately, Kirno appeared to have the foresight to not tell him where he was currently located, thus saving himself from a mauling.

Well not for long.]

Kirino-senpaiiii!!

[How does one even react to a flying kouhai?]

[One reacts by getting the hell out of the way.

That is to say, Kirino is letting himself tumble-roll off the couch as Tenma comes flying at him and not skipping a beat as he hops up.] Hello to you too, Tenma.

[He flies into the couch woth enough force to rock it but not knock it over entirely.]


Owww...

Why didn't you tell us you were coming back?

[He closes the magazine with an easy smile.] Simple. I wanted to surprise you guys.

Mmm... [He gets up from his sprawled position over the couch and sits where Kirino had previously been]

I don't think Shindou-san knows yet. We can still surprise him!
