THE TEST DRIVE MEME

This is for anyone wanting to test out their characters in the setting before the applications open, see what clicks. Multiples will be allowed for this post, and you can generally assume any threads are a self-contained continuity unless you feel like getting creative.

Just post a thread with your CHARACTER NAME and CANON NAME in the title with a prompt and others will reply. Prompts and threads can be action spam or prose or whatever. These threads can be used on the sample section of your application, as well. Go out and have fun!

We also ask that you please pardon our dust. We're working very hard to get this game up and running and hope to be open by September 1st!

{Wow, they weren't kidding when they said people from around the world wind up here. Why I bet we could start our own little UN club.} -Bridget laughed at his own joke.-

{That would be nice.} [Elsa doesn't recognize it as a joke, but as a legitimate suggestion -- and a good one, at that.] {It might help foreign students to find some solidarity and meet others who come from the same place.}

-It did indeed start as a joke, but with how Elsa responded, it sounded like a grander and grander idea. So much that Bridget broke into English once more to exclaim that idea.- Right? Could help teach others about cultures and stuff!

Exactly. [Now she's smiling for real. This actually sounds like a good idea; it would help everyone who was brought into this American school from a foreign country, and they all need the help, if Elsa's experience so far was to be believed.] We should speak to the teachers about this.

[Elsa shakes her head.] I barely know where I'm supposed to hang out.

Oh, well that part's easy! C'mon! -Bridget gestured for her to follow him, reaching to offer a hand for her to take.-

[Awkward. Elsa looks surprised, glancing between Bridget's smiling face and his outstretched hand. Oh, she's going to lose him after this, she's sure of it.]

I'm sorry, I... can't take your hand. My powers are still somewhat volatile, you see. It might be dangerous.

But I would love to see where you hang out.

[If he doesn't just ditch her on the spot.]
