THE TEST DRIVE MEME
This is for anyone wanting to test out their characters in the setting before the applications open, see what clicks. Multiples will be allowed for this post, and you can generally assume any threads are a self-contained continuity unless you feel like getting creative.
Just post a thread with your CHARACTER NAME and CANON NAME in the title with a prompt and others will reply. Prompts and threads can be action spam or prose or whatever. These threads can be used on the sample section of your application, as well. Go out and have fun!
We also ask that you please pardon our dust. We're working very hard to get this game up and running and hope to be open by September 1st!

Maaaaaariiiiiiiie ;_;
Nobody could stop her now. Nobody. Nobod- almost nobody.
"Ah! Uh. Hey Marie. Nice weather we're having, isn't it?"
Cigarette? I don't see any cigarette. No cigarettes here. Especially not any lit cigarettes. Even if there were, which there aren't, Patricia definitely wouldn't be dumb enough to hide a burning cigarette in a cotton glove. That would be foolish and is certainly not a thing that is happening at this very moment. Except that she absolutely is that dumb and that's exactly what's happening right now.
Patriccccaaaaaaaa ;w;
She figured Patrica would try to pull a fast one on her, but this was just sad. A glove, especially one that is flammable, is a terrible place to hide a cig. Especially with the smoke coming out of the opening in the glove and proceeding to waft through the air. Not exactly something you want to inhale when your body's basically held together by your own necromancy. And stitches.
Marie turns away from the smoke and takes a step back, shaking her head at her friend. "Please put that out, Patrica. Otherwise your glove is going to burn."
Hold me D:
Patricia crushed the cigarette against the back of her hand and snuffed it out as quickly as she could. The glove came from a dollar store, Patricia couldn't care less about it. She wasn't going to hurt herself burning her hand any time soon, either. Those things didn't matter, but she couldn't stand seeing Marie distressed; especially when it was her fault. There was something about the way Marie didn't get mad that put a bottomless pit right in the middle of Patricia's chest. She needed to change the subject before it killed her.
"You're looking good."
We can hold each other (>'-')>
"Thank you. I've been feeling much better today." a slight pause. And then, hopefully "Would you like to sit together?"
It was painfully obvious her tray had enough food to feed the both of them.
