THE TEST DRIVE MEME

This is for anyone wanting to test out their characters in the setting before the applications open, see what clicks. Multiples will be allowed for this post, and you can generally assume any threads are a self-contained continuity unless you feel like getting creative.

Just post a thread with your CHARACTER NAME and CANON NAME in the title with a prompt and others will reply. Prompts and threads can be action spam or prose or whatever. These threads can be used on the sample section of your application, as well. Go out and have fun!

We also ask that you please pardon our dust. We're working very hard to get this game up and running and hope to be open by September 1st!

[She stabs a finger at his chest] Mister 'I nabbed that power from you five years ago' Or was it six. A long time ago.

I didn't nab it on purpose,but I really don't have a reason to give it up either. It's very useful. [He grabs that finger that she is stabbing him with, then he floats her up some with his telekinesis and gives her a brief little kiss on the lips.]

Feels kind of weird being back here, though.

[The sensation of floating is still so strange, but less so since he does this to her more and more often. His quick kiss is enough to make her smile and she shakes her head]

Useful but mine. Geez.

It is odd, but I missed it I suppose. We left just in time and all, but it was my home for years.

[She tries to place a foot on the floor but finds herself still floating and her little panicked movement probably wouldn't go unnoticed]

Yeah. Looks like it's going to be your home again for a while. [Unless she suddenly decides that she wants to leave again. Her panicked movements never ceased to amuse him.]

[Her feet twitch a little, as if she can just make herself fall down the few inch she's floating. This does not work]

What--no. No I'm fine. [She tries very valiantly to continue the conversation perched in the air.] Your home again too. Unless you'd rather live off campus. We still can and all.

You sure? Maybe I should lift you up higher.. [Kaito gave her a playful look, one that said he really would do it.]

My home is wherever you are, as cheesy as that is to say.
