THE TEST DRIVE MEME

This is for anyone wanting to test out their characters in the setting before the applications open, see what clicks. Multiples will be allowed for this post, and you can generally assume any threads are a self-contained continuity unless you feel like getting creative.

Just post a thread with your CHARACTER NAME and CANON NAME in the title with a prompt and others will reply. Prompts and threads can be action spam or prose or whatever. These threads can be used on the sample section of your application, as well. Go out and have fun!

We also ask that you please pardon our dust. We're working very hard to get this game up and running and hope to be open by September 1st!

[And he looks genuinely sorry about it, too. Mokona and Mokona - cleverly named pets for clever twins - are so far only five years old, but the idea of losing either is pretty upsetting to him. But he smiles as he crouches down next to the dog, trying to move slowly and not startle again. His powers work... erratically on animals, to say the least, but sometimes he can manage to send out a, "I'm not a threat," signal.]

She's beautiful, though. Are you going to send her after wayward students to drag them to class at all?

Her or my TA, whenever I get one. I mean I'm damn good at sensing who's around me doing what and all but let's be real.

For flashy illusionists like me, eyes is about the last thing you need - you're the one person I know who I could never get one up on.

[He might thread a bit softer with someone else, but this is Toph, and he knows she's pretty damn stout about things.]

But point taken. With reality warpers and phasers - or just people like my brother - it sounds like it might be good to have some options.

I'm supposed to be teaching these kids how to fight. Can't do that if I can't see what they're doing or if they're cheating. I'm hoping to train Bender a bit, but she's a dog. She can't tell me what the kid's doing.
