Hey guys, I'm Xep - I was here last time playing Lovino Vargas / South Italy from Hetalia and Dylan/Deryn Sharp from Leviathan, but since I've touched neither canon in months/years I've instead brought in a very new muse, Bigby Wolf from The Wolf Among Us. And he is now one of the friendly neighborhood combat instructors.

Basically all Fables involving the Big Bad Wolf can be considered part of Bigby's past, although the cute animals from them are now people he may or may not have eaten. Mostly may. He had a big appetite as a kid. And as much as he prefers to keep his backstory under wraps, anyone who likes crime TV or follows German news stories is probably familiar with a certain famous serial killer known for copying Aesop's Fables with his crimes. A few of them even happened after he'd left his crime life behind him (his interrogation of Tweedle Dee was not a perfect analogy to The Wolf and the Lamb, but the similarity should be noted.)

Nowadays he's pretty harmless, though. And prone to leaving a mess of cigarette butts and Chinese takeout boxes anywhere he hangs out regularly. Important wolf business like that. It should be noted that any mentions of Fabletown made during the test drive should be regarded as mentions of District X, where he served as sheriff and town pet for many years before coming here.

As for me, I can be easily reached on plurk at xep_lag, for all your plotting / goofing / Bigby-trivia-asking needs. I should also probably mention that I'm sort of very block-headed rough around the edges socially and should be alerted immediately if I say something insulting or just overall unacceptable. Haven't gotten as many complains recently so I hope it's gotten better, but that's a safety precaution.

Hi, my name is Snarky, and I'm playing Soren from Fire Emblem 9 & 10. He's not too different from his canon counterpart particularly early on, except that he lacks an Ike or Titania to apologize for him when he's a jerk. Also, my icons are a lie - he doesn't have the red mark on his forehead (though his eyes are still bright red). Instead, he has a small pair of black dragony wings on his back! ... which he mostly keeps tucked under a coat or sweatshirt or something for the moment. His CR meme thing is here.

Greetings, all you lovely Institute folk! Since we're all doing OOC intros, I might as well hop on board myself!

This is Misty, bringing in Toushirou Hitsugaya of Bleach fame. He's a carryover from the initial game, but he's been in stasis for five years, so he's still a youngster. A tiny, grumpy cryokinetic who's prone to scolding even the teachers if he thinks they're being morons. Especially since some of these ones used to be his fellow students. He'd been doing pretty well for himself in the initial game, being the leader of the student covert ops X-Team and all that. But suddenly that's all gone, whoops! He kinda got the rug pulled out from under him. And will very pointedly be trying to act like he did not get the rug pulled out from under him, thank you! Well, that and trying to get himself back in form because sidelining isn't going to be something he lets himself do.

Oh, and he's in the 9th grade this year, having skipped 8th. Little smartypants.

Y'all remember me, right, the guy who played these two characters with these two journal names last go round? The guy with this odd habit of lying about his name when he gets bored? Well this time I'm not going to mention my name! You can go look it up.

Incidentally my plurk is Rakath if that matters to anyone. I am totally not dodging my urge to lie about my name by sharing my name in a way that isn't sharing my name.

Right, so first we have Maya Matlin a fifteen year old music nerd with a chip on her shoulder the size of Toronto. She's feeling left out that she's still fifteen and everyone else grew up. She just wants to feel good, have fun, and not be stuck moping about things she can't actively fix... like her life. She has sound manipulation abilities, meaning her journal has a permission post for letting her overhear things in the school that might be funny/horrifying/terrible/wonderful that people can use!

And along with her I have Laura Kinney, better known as X-23, the complicated genetic relationship with Wolverine. She's grown up a little but due to complications she is still in high school for another semester finishing her credits. She'll actually be using her first name as she desperately tries to be a normal human and she'll do her best not to beat up any ninjas if this is at all avoidable (spoilers: It won't be). She has Wolverine powers, in that she's kinda a clone. Only a girl. Technically clone isn't the right term and did I mention this is complicated?

Hey everyone. I'm Sin and I've brought Arturia Pendragon from Fate/Stay Night into this game. I'm sure most people are familiar with Saber, but I've decided go with her Heaven's Feel version, Saber Alter. She'll be in 12th Grade with the power of mana manipulation.

In this AU, the summer before this year, something horrible happened to her that turned her from the shining silver knight into the dark angry knight. This resulted in her appearance changing along with her attitude, so anyone who wants to have at least known about her from previous years is welcome to notice the changes!

Hello everyone! My name is Gingey, and I'm bringing you Takane "Ene" Enomoto from from Kagerou Project, a tsundere Sick Anime Girl who dies and comes back to life as a computer program. Her AU isn't much different from her canon self--there's just less timeloops and magic snakes.

AU Takane will be in 10th grade. She suffers from narcolepsy and feels tired all the time, which unfortunately makes her kind of cranky and unpleasant to interact with, but even if she pretends otherwise she'd really like to make friends who can put up with that. She's also completely addicted to video games--she favors FPS games in particular, and was a fairly well-known competitor at gaming tournaments before her powers manifested during one and got her banned. Her powers are more or less technopathy, though she has to project herself into the technology in question so this may very well pop into your character's computer screen or cellphone from time to time. She can be a bit mischievous with her powers, especially if you get on her nerves.

Hey kids. This is gsai, and I am super humbled and happy to have this game back together again. This whole revival basically started as a whim, fueled by a lot of mixed feelings about the original game's closure. To have come this far in less than a month is stupendous and I am thankful to each and every one of you that helped along the way. Seriously, I'm gettin' a little teary.

I am here not just as a mod, but with two characters! My returning guy is Reimu here. He's an X-Man and will be assisting with training and bettering the heroes of tomorrow. He will also be eating all of your junk food. Hide yo chips, hide yo cakes. His CR meme post be HERE.

My other, NEW character is Bridget (kickstart_my_heart) from Guilty Gear. He's a kind, adventurous, cross dressing guy who is out to find his own path in the world after basically being controlled by his father for most his life (out of a desire to protect him, mind you). Here is his CR meme link.

Hello, Institute! My name is Nyx, and I played here for a little while during the first run of the game, though I wound up dropping a few months before its closing. This time around, I'm bringing in one returning character and one new one.

Returning is Caelius Demetriou (shiningscales), an original character of mine! He's an empathetic, mothering, slightly airheaded type, and also a guidance counselor. He has the mutation of being a solar-powered were-dragon, and his CR meme comment can be found here.

The new character, on the other hand, is Leysritt von Einzbern (leyabout) of the Fate/ franchise—specifically, she's based on the version seen in the magical girl spin-off, Fate/Kaleid Liner Prisma Illya. I'm already sick of typing that. She's a careless, lazy high school junior, and her main ability is being able to punch things really hard and cause accidental property damage. Additionally, I'm one of your friendly mods! If there's a list somewhere that's messed up, that's probably my fault. Punch me if anything needs fixing.

Hello! I'm Incardine, and I'm bringing one of my two characters from the original Institute RP back!

Dr. Carlyn Niamh Caimbeulach, codename "Little Devil", common nickname "Koakuma", is from Touhou Project. Here, she runs the Institute library, substitute teaches sometimes, and has a lot of rumors attached to her.

She's well-known for being a party type whenever she can pull it - but she does take her work seriously, particularly when she's in the library or on one of the occasional missions that calls for her.
